1. Content Hub
- Media Centre: Contribute through photography, videography, DJ services, presenting, social media management, and newsletters.
- Opinion Piece Writers: Write thought-provoking articles on leadership, gender equality, societal development, or other topics aligned with AWM’s mission of achieving economic justice.
- Public Speaking: Volunteer as a speaker for AWM events and partner programs, sharing insights to inspire action.

2. Working Committees
- Member Relations: Enhance member engagement.

3. Youth and Children Engagement
AWM Youth Club (Purple Group): Mentor Pathfinders (high school students) and Explorers (students in higher learning institutions) while assisting with the logistics of leadership and development programto foster their growth.
Bana Pele Kids Club: Plan, organise, and facilitate enriching activities for pre-primary and primary school children, instilling values of Ubuntu and creativity.
4. Specialised Groups
White Group (Emergers & Evolvers): Strengthen efforts for members in early and mid-career stages.
Black Group (Executives & Pillars): Support strategic initiatives for senior professionals.

PowerConnect: Assist with organising and managing networking sessions.
