1. Content Hub
  • Media Centre: Contribute through photography, videography, DJ services, presenting, social media management, and newsletters.
  • Opinion Piece Writers: Write thought-provoking articles on leadership, gender equality, societal development, or other topics aligned with AWM’s mission of achieving economic justice.

AWM Youth Club (Purple Group): Mentor Pathfinders (high school students) and Explorers (students in higher learning institutions) while assisting with the logistics of leadership and development programto foster their growth.
Bana Pele Kids Club: Plan, organise, and facilitate enriching activities for pre-primary and primary school children, instilling values of Ubuntu and creativity.
4. Specialised Groups
White Group (Emergers & Evolvers): Strengthen efforts for members in early and mid-career stages.
Black Group (Executives & Pillars): Support strategic initiatives for senior professionals.
5. Event Support
PowerConnect: Assist with organising and managing networking sessions.
Trailblazer Mentorship Walk:
Help plan and facilitate mentorship-driven walks.
Women’s Wellness Days:
Support events promoting physical, mental, and financial well-being.
Women’s Learning Expedition (WLE):
Join the planning committee to coordinate immersive experiences like leadership discussions and cultural tours.
6. Fundraising and Advocacy

Fundraising Committee: Join a committee dedicated to leading fundraising initiatives to support scholarships, resources, and programthat empower women and communities.

Advocacy Committee: Participate in a committee focused on advocating for gender equality and women’s empowerment through AWM’s targeted advocacy initiatives.
